The forms on this site collect only what the visitor enters: name, company, email, phone, and message. We use that information only to respond to the inquiry. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

The ingredient decoder and the chat assistant store nothing. Conversations are not kept in a database. Label photos are processed to read the text and then discarded; we never ask for or accept photos of faces, names, emails, or medical history.

Inquiries submitted through the forms are kept in an internal database accessible only to the site administrators, and an internal email notification is sent.
